EXCELLENT mountain getaway!

This location is amazing, it IS surrounded by amazing mountains. My room was very clean and the staff were helpful. Dinner and breakfast offered nice choices. The food tasted great, not many options but delicious. It was easy to reach the resort in my 2WD. A 4x4 might be needed during the rainy season.
The Wi-Fi signal was somewhat weak in certain areas of the room, it made streaming videos difficult.

The dinner buffet features a variety of dishes. I noticed several dessert options and a salad bar. Breakfast had fresh fruit and pastries, a VERY nice start to the day.

The food was not great. THE restaurant felt cold, and the dishes were only acceptable. I also noticed that our room was not cleaned one of the days. We did not get fresh water or toilet paper. This was disappointing for a resort.

The staff upgraded my room. The views were UNREAL. hiking was super accessible from here! the food was great. It was exactly what i needed after hiking. i really loved this place. Everything was so CLEAN.

i was annoyed that the room was so cold , even with the heater. it was like i was camping in a refrigerator and i was unable to get comfortable. the bathroom fan ran constantly .

The staff upgraded our rooms to Mountain View Rooms at no extra cost. The food tasted delicious, and there was a calm environment throughout the hotel. Though the staff did not tell me about the upgrade, I did like that they took initiative.

Comfortable Stay Near Jebel Shams

The hotel is near the start of the balcony walk track. Dinner food tasted very good. Restaurant staff ensured everything was sorted out efficiently. We were upgraded to a Mountain View Room.. the views were beautiful and the stay was comfortable.
The bathroom seemed a little basic compared to the room itself. A small heater struggled to properly warm the space during cooler nights. The room was also not very soundproofed.
